Betterware, one of the largest direct sellers of housewares in the UK, has picked Digica to host its SAP infrastructure. Digica is providing a total end-to-end solution, so is also responsible for providing and managing the communications links between Betterware and itself. |

Digica will be hosting and managing the infrastructure on which Betterware’s Birmingham head office SAP implementation is running, and is providing the low-level administration of that system. The hosting infrastructure is split across two of Digica’s data centres, to provide disaster contingency facilities.
Betterware uses SAP for many of its business processes, including processing its large volume of weekly orders, producing financial account statements, managing its suppliers and their orders and payments, and controlling and monitoring stock levels.
